The best food to have a solid snacking on come summer to me is some yummy sushi! Sushi in a landlocked city can be expensive and kind of awkward when your one person. The other day I went to Loblaws and went to their sushi counter, for the same price as a 2 packs of rolls i was able to make myself this awesome sashimi platter to snack on while doing some cleaning and organizing. I picked up both salmon and sockeye salmon and a package of seaweed salad. I found a sharp knife and cut thin even slices about the size you get at sushi place and enjoyed a huge feast of sushi for about $25 including seaweed salad.
